Job summary

Advance Concrete is seeking a dependable Concrete Cutting Helper for our Concrete Cutting & Demolition Division, to assist with setup, cleanup, and labor support at job sites. You will work with a team operating core drills, flat saws, and wall saws, while keeping equipment secure and maintained.

Ideal candidates have 1 year+ construction experience, pass pre-employment checks, and can lift 70 pounds and stand for extended periods in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in construction, concrete cutting, core drilling, and/or demolition.
• Able to work Monday through Friday, some weekends, 8+ hours in challenging weather conditions.
• Pass pre-employment drug test & background check.
• Safety-minded
• Dependable
• Able to lift 70 pounds or more
• Able to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Set up and cleanup tasks at jobsites.
• Provide labor support as needed for crews.
• Operate core drill, flat saw, and wall saw.
• Ensure inspection, security, and cleanliness of company equipment.
• Operate tools in compliance with OSHA rules.
