Alpha Paving Industries LLC is hiring for a Concrete Crew Laborer to join our construction team. This hands-on position involves pouring, leveling, finishing and curing concrete across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

The role requires hard work, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic. You must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and ready to travel overnight when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or concrete work experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet in varying weather
• Comfortable working with power tools, hand tools, and machinery
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
• Basic understanding of safety practices and ability to follow directions
• Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites
• Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools
• Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area
• Helps to pour and spread wet concrete
• Collects and cleans concrete tools when the job is completed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors
