Job summary

Pave America is seeking a dependable Concrete Crew Laborer for our construction team. You will assist with pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing concrete on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This physically demanding role requires safety awareness and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include site prep, material handling, pouring concrete, and maintaining a clean job site. Long hours and occasional overnight travel may be required; prior concrete experience is preferred

Qualifications

• Previous construction or concrete work experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet in varying weather.
• Comfortable working with power tools, hand tools, and machinery.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and ability to follow directions.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms.
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites.
• Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
• Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.
• Help to pour and spread wet concrete.
• Collects and cleans concrete tools when the job is completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
