Job summary

U.S. Pavement Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Concrete Crew Laborer to join our construction team.

You will assist with pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing concrete for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This is a hands-on role requiring safety awareness and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include site prep, loading materials, breaking and removing concrete, pouring wet concrete, and keeping the site clean.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or concrete work experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet in varying weather.
• Comfortable working with power tools, hand tools, and machinery.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and ability to follow directions.
• Valid Drivers License preferred.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites
• Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
• Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.
• Helps to pour and spread wet concrete.
• Collects and cleans concrete tools when the job is completed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors
