Job summary

Alpha Paving Industries LLC is seeking a dependable Concrete Crew Laborer to join our construction team in Round Rock, TX. You will assist with pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing concrete for various projects, following safety rules and directions from supervisors.

This is a hands-on, physical role requiring reliability, stamina, and teamwork. Candidates should be able to lift heavy materials and work long hours, including weekends as needed, with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or concrete work preferred but not required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Able to work long hours including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites
• Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
• Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.
• Help pour and spread wet concrete.
• Collect and clean concrete tools when the job is completed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors
