Job summary

BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC is seeking a dependable Concrete Crew Laborer to join our construction team. You will assist with pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing concrete for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, with a hands-on, physical role that requires safety awareness and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include site prep, material handling, and maintaining a clean job site while supporting other crew members and following supervisor directions.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or concrete work experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet in varying weather.
• Comfortable working with power tools, hand tools, and machinery.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms.
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites.
• Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
• Remove broken concrete and debris from work area.
• Pour and spread wet concrete.
• Collect and clean concrete tools when the job is completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors.
