Job summary

Alpha Paving Industries is seeking a dependable Concrete Crew Laborer to assist with pouring, leveling, finishing and curing concrete for various projects. This hands-on role requires physical endurance, safety awareness and a strong work ethic.

You will help with site prep, material handling, form setting, and cleaning up at the end of each shift, with opportunities to learn and grow within the crew.

Qualifications

• Experience in general construction or concrete work preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms.
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites.
• Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
• Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.
• Help pour and spread wet concrete.
• Collect and clean concrete tools when the job is completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
