• Experience with project coordination, project engineering, or project management.
• Estimating and cost management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project estimates and pricing.
• Manage change orders from pricing through execution.
• Track project budgets and financial performance.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review RFIs, submittals, schedules, and project documentation.
• Support project planning from preconstruction through closeout.
• Identify and resolve project challenges to keep work on schedule and within budget.
