Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Dallas team. You will develop accurate project estimates and manage administrative tasks across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules.

You will interact with Project Leads and operations to craft plan details, proposals, and closeout documents, while maintaining strong communication with the broader team and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial concrete.
• Knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.
• Experience with performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed and accurate estimate for potential projects.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items and collaborate on project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Perform job setup including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Create preliminary project schedules and maintain log sets for MPOs and POs.
• Organize cost tracking and ensure alignment with budget; prepare change orders as needed.
• Coordinate with Project Lead and operations to develop an accurate project plan.
• Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the team.
