Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Dallas, TX seeks a Project Lead to plan the execution phase and work with the operations team to develop the overall project plan.

You will lead scheduling, resource coordination, and ensure execution goals are met on commercial/industrial cementing projects, with self-perform expertise and a bachelor's degree.

This role requires strong organization and communication, proficiency with MS Office, and a track record on projects over $500K.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $500K.
• Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
