• Experience estimating and coordinating budgets.
• Experience creating and executing change orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate takeoffs and quantity surveys.
• Create sequence plan, logistics plan and schedule, with input from Operations.
• Create proposals that include the scope covered in the estimate and convey bid strategy.
• Create the detailed Project Budget.
• Validate that the project team receives all information to plan.
• Create and execute change orders.
• Accurately estimate costs and log outstanding change orders.
• Prepare monthly Management Report Financial Projection.
