Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking an entry-level Laborer I to support our concrete construction operations. The role involves assisting skilled trades, prepping and cleaning job sites, and handling materials on active sites.

Responsibilities include operating basic tools, lifting heavy materials, and contributing to safe, efficient completion of foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs. Union participation may be required and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 lb and up to 90 lb with assistance.
• Able to walk, stoop, kneel, reach and climb frequently.
• Frequent use of hand tools and power tools.
• Preference for 12 months of formwork/concrete labor experience.
• 30 Hour OSHA Card desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including site clean-up and material handling.
• Operate motorized equipment and power tools as directed.
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete and installing reshores as per instructions.
• Work in varying weather conditions and on active construction sites.
