Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking an entry-level Laborer I to support our concrete construction operations. You will assist skilled tradespeople, prepare and clean job sites, move materials by hand, and operate basic tools to help build foundations, slabs, walls and curbs.

The role requires physical strength and balance, with prospective candidates having 12+ months of formwork or concrete construction labor experience preferred and a 30-hour OSHA card desired.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing.
• Preference for 12+ months of formwork/concrete labor experience.
• 30 Hour OSHA Card desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including jobsite clean-up and moving materials by hand.
• Operate motorized equipment and power tools on site.
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete and installing reshores per instructions.
• Work in varying weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat, noise and dust.
