Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking an entry-level Laborer I to support concrete construction operations, assist skilled tradespeople, and help prepare and clean job sites. You will handle materials and operate basic tools to contribute to foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in various weather conditions. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Regularly lift/carry up to 50 pounds; up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Walk, stoop, kneel, reach and climb.
• Frequent use of hand tools and power tools.
• 12 months of formwork/concrete labor experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour card desired.

Responsibilities

• General construction labor including site clean-up and material handling.
• Operate motorized equipment and power tools.
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete.
• Install reshores per instructions.
• Work in varying weather conditions on project sites.
