Job summary

MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in construction chemicals and building materials, seeks a Concrete Admixture Sales Representative to drive sales and showcase value through hands-on demonstrations and samples.

You will build relationships with key buyers, deliver compelling presentations, identify tailored solutions from MAPEI's portfolio, and maintain a robust pipeline while traveling within the territory. Competitive base salary $80,000–$90,000 plus incentive plan and benefits.

Qualifications

• External sales experience with a proven track record in the construction products market.
• Knowledge of adhesives, sealants and building materials industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Company.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to prospects and customers to showcase value.
• Build relationships with key purchasing decision-makers for satisfaction and retention.
• Identify tailored solutions from MAPEI’s portfolio to address customer needs.
• Generate a robust pipeline using industry sources, shows, and market research.
• Provide market intelligence to inform product strategy and growth.
• Represent MAPEI at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
• Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to standards.
