Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager who will oversee the concourse operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will drive guest experiences, manage bowling and bar/lane service, and lead a team to meet sales goals while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of management experience, a friendly and professional demeanor, and hospitality or food & beverage experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a FUN atmosphere.
• Identify & resolve issues impacting guest experience.
• Overall floor management (bowling, bar and lane service).
• Train and supervise team members across a variety of positions.
• Report product/service issues and maintain cleanliness of location.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Concourse Experience Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations and atmosphere of the concourse.

This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, the running of the concourse including bowling and service, creating memorable guest experiences, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions.

What We’re Looking For?
