Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager to lead operations at our high-volume entertainment center in Georgia. You will oversee the concourse, bowling, bar and lane service, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals while delivering memorable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of management experience, a friendly professional demeanor, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Hospitality and/or F&B experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is preferred.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center! The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Concourse Experience Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations and atmosphere of the concourse. This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, running the concourse including bowling and service, creating memorable guest experiences, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions.
