Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager for our high-volume, fast-paced venue in Woodstock, GA. You will lead the concourse operations, drive guest experiences, and manage a team across bowling, food & beverage, and service areas.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of management experience, a friendly, professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality. Weekend and holiday shifts are required as part of our dynamic schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus.
• Weekend and holiday work availability required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a 'FUN' atmosphere across the concourse.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting guest experience.
• Oversee cleaning and upkeep of the location.
• Conduct training validation and ensure compliance.
• Manage floor operations for bowling, bar and lane service.

Concourse Experience Manager
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Concourse Experience Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations and atmosphere of the concourse.

This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, the running of the concourse including bowling and service, creating memorable guest experiences, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of management experience
