Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager to lead the operations and atmosphere of the concourse, including bowling and service, while driving guest experiences and sales goals.

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of management experience, a friendly professional demeanor, and availability to work weekends and holidays in a high-volume hospitality environment. Training and developing team members are part of the role, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center! The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Concourse Experience Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations and atmosphere of the concourse. This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, running the concourse including bowling and service, creating memorable guest experiences, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions.
