Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center seeks a Concourse Experience Manager to lead daily operations, bowling lanes, bar and service teams, and create memorable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of management experience, is friendly, outgoing and professional, with hospitality or food & beverage exposure. Weekend and holiday availability is required. This role offers growth within our family-owned chain.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• Ensure a “FUN” atmosphere.
• Overall Floor Management (bowling, bar and lane service).

Concourse Experience Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Concourse Experience Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations and atmosphere of the concourse.

This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, the running of the concourse including bowling and service, creating memorable guest experiences, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of management experience
• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a preferred
• Must able to work weekends and holidays
