MOOV Health & Wellness in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to deliver concierge-level service, greet members, answer inquiries, and coordinate treatment flow. You will process payments and memberships, maintain HIPAA compliance, track daily reports, and help drive monthly revenue while building lasting client relationships.

Requires excellent communication, ability to close packages, and experience in medspa or high-touch sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in a medspa, medical office, luxury retail, or high-touch sales environment.
• Proven ability to close packages and memberships.
• Previous customer facing experience required.
• Lifestyle Medicine, Functional Medicine Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests; ensure warm, genuine first contact.
• Answer inquiries and route to appropriate personnel; document interactions.
• Educate clients on MOOV services and wellness programs.
• Coordinate treatment flow to minimize wait times and maximize efficiency.
• Process payments, retail, memberships, and package sales accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Track daily reports, sales, and front desk metrics.
