Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a guest services associate to escort members and guests, assist with luggage, and park and retrieve automobiles. You will provide travel information, help with registration, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment on-site.

The role requires excellent guest interaction, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. This position reports to the Membership and Communications Director.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED desirable.
• Valid driver's license with no major incidents in past years.
• If under 25, provide proof of personal car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Escort members and guests to front desk, guest-room or other facilities.
• Assist members and guests with luggage and personal items.
• Greet and escort guests to front desk, guest-room or other facilities.
• Escort departing guests to automobiles.
• Assist guests with special needs.
• Ensure guest room is prepared for members and guests.
• Provide information on room features and transportation.
• Deliver messages and room service orders and run errands for guests.
• Maintain info on local attractions and events; provide upon request.
• Call for taxis and other transportation.
• Maintain auto-key records.
• Park and retrieve automobiles for members and guests.
• Direct guests to desired room.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Membership and Communications Director.
