Responsibilities

• Assist members and guests with luggage and personal items.
• Park and retrieve automobiles for members and guests.
• Greet and escort guests and operate lobby doors as needed.
• Provide information regarding room features, transportation and local attractions.
• Summon and dispatch taxis; provide travel information.
• Maintain safe entrances and parking areas.
• Direct members and guests to desired rooms and assist with special needs.
