About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous Hilton experience, at least 1 year in a concierge role at a hotel, good communication skills, and be open and flexible with previous experience working in hospitality.

Shift Pattern

Open availability required Monday - Sunday between 7am - 11pm.

Pay Rate

$17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, recommendations, and booking services for guest inquiries, including directions, outlet hours, hotel services, transportation, travel arrangements, tickets, reservations, and medical care.
• Process and deliver messages for guests.
• Retrieve mail, small packages, and facsimiles for guests as requested.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, business, and dining activities inside and outside the hotel.
• Respond to special requests for services such as dentists, doctors, childcare, florists, etc.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Register VIP guests as needed.
• Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as needed.
