Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a talented Sous Chef to lead their culinary team. This 976-room property features over 140,000 sq. ft. of banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets, primarily supporting The Lobby Bar and Club Signia.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume setting, overseeing a team of 10 culinary professionals, and reporting to the Executive Sous Chef of Outlets. Experience in managing multiple outlets, ordering, scheduling, mentoring, controlling costs, and menu development is essential. Hotel experience is preferred.
This is a full-time position requiring full availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing culinary operations, including meal preparation, food quality, safety standards, team performance, policies, costs, and profitability.
