What will I be doing?

The Sales Site Manager will oversee all discovery visits, including pre-planning and execution.

• Manage and oversee discovery visits at Signia by Hilton Atlanta
• Conceptualize the run of show for visits
• Plan the client experience during visits
• Participate in daily operations stand-up meetings
• Provide 1-2 concept options for site visits
• Coordinate with sales/catering managers or directors
• Finalize concepts and execute plans
• Research clients and their needs
• Manage purchase orders for site items
• Oversee flow and scheduling of visits
• Maintain communication regarding site timelines
• Create and manage creative assets for visits
• Organize and archive creative assets systematically
• Develop and distribute internal site visit resources and checklists

What are we looking for?

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least one year of hotel guest contact experience; sales experience preferred
• Ability to travel on short notice and adapt to schedule changes
• Strong presentation and communication skills
