Qualifications

• 1+ year of concierge experience in a relevant setting.
• 1+ year of experience in a senior living or related industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse groups.
• Strong technical skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to maintain confidential information (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing visitors; manage incoming calls and transfer to the right person.
• Provide administrative support to the business office including mail, deliveries, faxing, scanning, and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Support community readiness for inspections with accurate records and policy compliance.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
