The role emphasizes greeting visitors, verifying identities, managing access points, and performing routine patrols. A strong emphasis on safety, timely reporting, and clear communication with teams is required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome and verify identity of visitors and guide them accordingly
• Manage access control and monitor entry points
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks or safety concerns
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
