Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• 3+ years in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.
• MD Guard Card required.
• Age 21+ as of law/contractual requirements.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Completion of 40 hour basic training course.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and verify identity; provide guidance.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
