Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security/Military/Law enforcement experience a plus
• 2-4 years in a supervisory role
• 2-4 years hands-on with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email, typing
• 2+ years with Genetec Video Software and CCURE 9000 Access Control
• New York State Guard license required

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming visitors and guiding them
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of persons and property
