Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• DC Unarmed Security Officer license required
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• 3+ years security or law enforcement experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, verify identity, and guide access
• Manage access control and monitor entry points
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write clear incident reports and communicate security concerns
