GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Overnight Security Officer!

Role Overview

Are you ready to serve as an Overnight Security Guard in a concierge setting? Your ability to engage with others and build trust is key. You will work in environments like office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, focusing heavily on customer service.

What’s In It For You

• Site Location: Kernersville, NC
• Full-Time Schedule: 11:00PM - 7:00AM, Monday - Friday (40 hours/week)
• Part-Time Schedule: 11:00PM - 7:00AM, Saturday - Sunday (16 hours/week)
• Competitive hourly wage: $17.42/hr., with DailyPay available

Responsibilities

• Customer service: welcoming visitors, verifying identity, guiding guests
• Manage access control
• Conduct patrols to identify risks
• Inspect and report on security equipment
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person and via phone
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns
• Ensure safety of people and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
