As a Security Officer - Medical Patrol in Mebane, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting staff and visitors, and responding to situations as needed. You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach. This role requires adaptability and reliability in a dynamic environment focused on the well-being of all individuals on site.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Mon 03:30 PM - 07:30 PM

Tue 03:30 PM - 07:30 PM

Wed 03:30 PM - 07:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist staff, patients, and visitors with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a visible presence.
• Support emergency response activities according to established protocols for healthcare locations.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of security experience.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
