As a Security Officer – Concierge, you'll focus heavily on customer service, working with people across various shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Kernersville, NC
• Full-time schedule:
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
• Competitive hourly wage:
  • $17.42/hr. bi-weekly (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard:

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding guests
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
