Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established concierge medical group in Richmond, VA. This full-time outpatient role features a starting salary of $250,000 a year, rising to $300,000 once a full patient panel is achieved.

The position emphasizes relationship-based care, prevention, and wellness within a collaborative team. Expect PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) with a 4% match.

Formación

• MD or DO degree from an accredited US medical school.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Virginia medical license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, and other teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and coding.
• Foster long-term patient relationships with prevention and wellness focus.
