Essenti Talent is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an outpatient, concierge-style practice in Richmond, VA. This physician-led group emphasizes relationship-based care, prevention, and wellness within a supportive team.

Compensation starts at $250,000 and increases to $300,000 with a full patient panel. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, on-call rotation, PTO, CME support, and comprehensive benefits in a collaborative setting.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
