Acloché LLC is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a concierge medical group in Richmond, VA. This full-time role features outpatient care Monday through Friday with an on-call rotation, supporting a high-quality, relationship-based practice.

The position offers a starting salary of $250,000 per year, increasing to $300,000 with a full patient panel, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
