LRSolutions, LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for an outpatient practice. Compensation starts at $250,000 annually, increasing to $300,000 with a full patient panel; schedule is Monday–Friday with on-call rotation.

Join a physician-led concierge group and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver preventive, relationship-based care and maintain strong patient relationships.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with interest in preventive health.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8–10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
