Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC in Richmond, VA seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its concierge-style primary care team.

This outpatient role emphasizes relationship-based care with a dedicated support staff and a network of collaborating specialists.

Starting salary is $250,000 annually, increasing to $300,000 upon reaching a full patient panel, with PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• 5–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and foster long-term patient relationships through prevention and education.
