The position offers a starting salary of $250,000/year, increasing to $300,000/year after reaching a full patient panel, with comprehensive benefits and supported by a strong team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and long-term patient relationships.
