Qualifications

• Graduate of four-year accredited medical school.
• Complete residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients.
• Manage chronic and acute illness and injuries.
• Provide well checks and house calls.
• Be available after-hours by phone for patient communication and care.
• Lead a team with a Registered Nurse and Patient Care Administrator.
