Job summary

Private Medical is seeking a Patient Care Administrator in Miami Beach to deliver concierge-level services and coordinate patient care. You will manage scheduling, billing communications, and EMR organization while identifying opportunities to improve operations.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, proactive thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physician-led team focused on personalized care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a science or medically-related field.
• 1 year of healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Advanced computer literacy, especially on Apple systems, and paperless environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge services for patients, including prescriptions, scheduling, and patient interface with offices and hospitals.
• Maintain respectful, responsive email and phone communication with patients.
• Greet patients and assist with check-in/out procedures.
• Schedule physician appointments and send reminders.
• Coordinate outside consults, tests, and imaging studies.
• Obtain prior authorizations for prescriptions and diagnostics.
• Upload labs and documents into the EMR, and triage calls.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
