Job summary

Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches, Inc. is seeking an organized Concierge Medicine Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our Florida clinic. You will maximize revenue opportunities, supervise staff, and liaison between physicians, staff, and administration.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can prioritize tasks, and maintains a welcoming, professional environment for patients and employees alike.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in a medical office setting.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance billing, CPT/ICD coding, and office software.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to delegate, manage interruptions, and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate daily operations to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Ensure medical records, accounts receivable, inventory, personnel, and property procedures are followed.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to maintain a cohesive team.
• Foster a warm, professional office environment for staff and patients.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
• Oversee supplies, maintenance, and vendor interactions; prepare POs and invoices.
• Coordinate with Central Billing Office for accurate financial reporting.
