Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Front Desk Concierge – Lead Hospitality with Purpose. You’ll greet residents, families, and visitors, manage calls, and support sales and front desk operations.

Key responsibilities include coordinating move-in preparations, maintaining a welcoming Bistro area, assisting with marketing materials, and upholding Sunrise’s hospitality standards while protecting confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and route calls promptly and take accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
