Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Middletown Township, NJ, is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. You will help create a safe, organized community experience at the front desk and Bistro, while supporting the Sales team with inquiries and move-in preparations.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks
