Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge – Lead Hospitality with Purpose in Salt Lake City. You will greet residents, families and visitors with warmth, answer calls, assist with move-ins and coordinate with the Sales team.

Maintain the front desk and Bistro area while supporting recruitment and data entry. Be the face of our community, delivering Sunrise's standards of hospitality and service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents and prospective families with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support Sales with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment and data-entry tasks.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in and emergency procedures.
