Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is looking for a Front Desk Concierge – Lead Hospitality with Purpose to greet residents, families and visitors, ensuring a warm, safe and organized community. You will manage calls, coordinate move-in preparations, assist with marketing materials, and keep the front desk and Bistro welcoming.

The role also supports recruitment, data entry, appointment scheduling, mail distribution, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with time management and follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families.
• Answer and route calls, taking accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.

Pay Range:

15.92 - 19.90
