Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Santa Clarita, CA seeks a Front Desk Concierge – Lead Hospitality with Purpose to warmly welcome residents, families, and visitors and to support operations at the front desk and Bistro.

You will Greet, answer calls, route messages, assist with move-ins and marketing materials, monitor safety, manage appointments and mail, and support recruitment while upholding Sunrise's hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
