The Residences Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek, CO is seeking a Concierge / Owner Services Specialist to provide personalized service, front office support, and attentive guest and owner care.

You’ll assist with pre-arrival planning, coordinate details during each stay, and help create a seamless experience from arrival through departure. Start date 11/15/2026; full-time year-round; $23/hour plus tips and commissions. Must have 2+ years hospitality experience and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Two years of hospitality experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to owners and guests, anticipating needs, addressing concerns, and coordinating arrivals and departures.
• Represent The Residences with professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.
• Maintain welcoming, organized guest spaces and back-office areas.
• Keep knowledge of local dining, activities, and experiences to tailor stays for owners.
• Handle pre-arrival communication, cash handling, event updates, and inter-department coordination.
