East West Hospitality at The Residences Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek, CO seeks a Concierge / Owner Services Specialist to provide personalized service, front office support, and attentive guest and owner care. You’ll assist with pre-arrival planning, anticipate guest needs, coordinate details through stay, and create a seamless arrival to departure experience.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

• At least 2 years in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Represent The Residences with professionalism, polished communication, and strong attention to detail.
• Keep guest spaces, the business center, and back‑office areas welcoming, organized, and well maintained.
• Maintain current knowledge of local dining, activities, and experiences to tailor stays.
• Complete administrative and operational responsibilities, including pre-arrival communication, cash handling, event updates, and interdepartmental coordination.

Immerse yourself in the heart of the mountains at The Residences Bachelor Gulch! We’re seeking a Concierge / Owner Services Specialist to provide personalized service, front office support, and attentive guest and owner care. In this role, you’ll assist with pre-arrival planning, anticipate guest needs, coordinate details throughout each stay, and help create a seamless experience from arrival through departure. You’ll build lasting relationships with owners, earn commissions and tips, and become a trusted resource for their mountain experience. What You’ll Do Includes

• Provide personalized service to owners and guests, anticipating needs, addressing concerns, and coordinating smooth arrivals and departures.
• Represent The Residences with professionalism, polished communication, strong attention to detail, and impeccable grooming.
• Keep guest spaces, the business center, and back-office areas welcoming, organized, and well maintained.
• Maintain current knowledge of local dining, activities, and experiences to help create personalized stays for owners.
• Complete administrative and operational responsibilities, including pre-arrival communication, cash handling, event updates, and coordination with other departments.

Location: The Residences Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: 11/15/2026

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: Flexibility offered across three shifts. AM (7am - 3:30pm), PM (3pm - 11pm), and mid (10am - 6pm). Schedule will include Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Pay Rate: $23.00/ hour plus tips (with gratuities and commissions, our OSS have been known to earn at least $30/hour; you earn based on how hard you work!)

Job Closing Date: 10/20/2026 or when filled

Our ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They are at least 21 years of age, are organized, diligent, and sociable, with a strong spirit of teamwork. They have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of hospitality experience — or a combination of education, training, and experience that prepares them for success. They bring a solid understanding of hospitality industry practices, are proficient with computer applications, and excel in customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of individuals. Familiarity with local area amenities, activities, and events is a plus.
